Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for managing inbound leads and building a strong outbound pipeline for the sales team. The role requires on-site presence from Monday to Wednesday at the La Jolla, San Diego office, with the flexibility to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or BDR/SDR role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and convey value effectively
• Self-starter attitude and motivated by goals
• Resilient in the face of challenges
• Comfortable navigating CRM systems, sales tools, and other tech platforms
