Job Description
LEARN Charter School Network is seeking an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Principal and oversee student enrollment processes, record-keeping, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a school setting and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Interacts frequently with staff, parents, students, instructors, visitors, and community members
- Manages student enrollment processes, including family outreach and marketing
- Maintains confidentiality of student records
- Ensures compliance with administrative deadlines and requirements
- Provides administrative support to the Principal
- Oversees staff attendance reporting
- Facilitates ordering and receiving supplies
- Provides Tier 1 tech support
- Establishes and maintains the organization of the school office
