Director of Paid Social & Video

Director of Paid Social & Video is responsible for owning paid social acquisition for both sides of LawnStarter's marketplace — homeowners and service providers — across multiple markets and service categories while keeping spend profitable on each side.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in paid social media marketing with a focus on performance and scalability
• Proven track record of delivering high ROI campaigns and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to build and manage complex campaigns across multiple channels and geographies
• Experience with AI tools and ability to leverage them to drive performance and efficiency
