• Own paid social acquisition for both sides of LawnStarter's marketplace
• Manage budgets across geographies and seasons
• Build campaigns and test plans
• Manage cross-channel partnership with SEO, Paid Acquisition, Product, Design, and Analytics
• Lead team building and scaling efforts
• Build creative testing system
• Balance a multi-service, multi-market, two-sided portfolio
