Director of Paid Social & Video is a full-time, remote position at LawnStarter, a leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services. The role requires building and executing paid social acquisition campaigns for both homeowners and service providers across multiple markets and service categories, with a focus on performance and unit economics.
Requirements
- Paid social strategy and execution for both homeowners and service providers across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Full-funnel ownership of acquisition campaigns, including top-of-funnel awareness, mid-funnel consideration, bottom-funnel conversion, and remarketing
- Building and managing a testing machine for creative, audience, and funnel experiments
- Active management of spend by audience, geography, and service category, hitting performance targets while navigating seasonal swings
- Cross-channel partnership with SEO, Paid Acquisition, Product, Design, and Analytics to ensure paid social fits into a larger growth system
- Platform expansion to streaming (Hulu, connected TV) and other push formats
- Team building and leadership to scale the paid social channel
