Senior Growth Marketing Manager

LawnStarter is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build a paid acquisition engine for service professionals across multiple channels. The role involves owning paid channel strategy and execution, landing pages and signup CRO, creative development and testing, market-level spend allocation, and cross-functional collaboration on activation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets, a background in paid social and interrupt marketing, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on paid social and interrupt marketing
• Experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets
• Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
• Strong understanding of data analysis and mining to inform top-of-funnel decisions
• Experience with AI tools for creative variant generation, performance data analysis, and audience insights
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
