Job Description
Senior Webflow Designer needed to build and maintain a Webflow design system for LawnStarter's marketing sites, driving customer acquisition and conversion across four brands. The role involves designing and building page templates, components, interactions, and UX/UI standards, working closely with the Technical Growth Manager and CRO Specialist.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Webflow design and development
- Strong visual design and brand execution skills
- Expertise in UX/UI design, usability, and accessibility
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to use AI tools like Claude Code and Claude as part of the workflow
