Senior Webflow Designer

Senior Webflow Designer needed to build and maintain a Webflow design system across four brands, focusing on visual design, brand execution, UX/UI standards, and accessibility. The role requires expertise in Webflow, UX/UI, and collaboration, and involves designing and building page templates, components, interactions, and animations. The ideal candidate is a top-tier visual and brand designer with experience in Webflow, UX/UI, and collaboration, and is able to execute within established brand guidelines while pushing the visual quality forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual and brand design
• Expertise in Webflow and its native tools
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including usability, accessibility, and conversion best practices
• Experience in designing and building complex, multi-page Webflow sites
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with the Technical Growth Manager and CRO Specialist
• Familiarity with Claude Code and Claude AI tools
• Ability to write custom CSS and JavaScript when necessary
