We are looking for Line Cooks to join our team! Our Line Cook's primary responsibility is to collaborate with the Chef/Sous Chef in producing, creating, and improving items, preparing and cooking food for guests and co-workers, and following and ensuring compliance with food safety handling policies.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-end dining establishment
- Current Local/State Food Handler's Training Certifications
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and exert up to 150 lbs of force
- Ability to communicate with others and express and exchange ideas in spoken and written English
- Ability to follow basic recipes and wear the required uniform
- Reliable transportation
