Litigation Paralegal – Child Protection

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with lawyers in a busy child protection practice, providing hands-on litigation support from file intake through resolution.

Requirements

• Paralegal diploma or certificate from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in family or child protection law
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, document preparation, and filing requirements
