Litigation Paralegal – Child Protection

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal – Child Protection to assist lawyers with child protection litigation, including preparation for hearings and drafting court-related correspondence. The successful candidate will have a paralegal diploma or certificate, 2-3 years of litigation paralegal experience, and strong knowledge of court procedures.

Requirements

• Paralegal diploma or certificate from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in family or child protection law
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, document preparation, and filing requirements
• Excellent organizational, drafting, and time-management skills
• Experience working with Indigenous clients or northern communities is an asset
