Property Manager (Future Opportunities)

We are seeking a Property Manager to be responsible for the overall operation of their assigned property, including general administration, maintenance, leasing, leadership of staff and customer satisfaction. The Property Manager will utilize resources to maintain the property in a manner that meets or exceeds budget standards.

Requirements

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
• Overses the daily workflow of the property
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Maintain property purchases within budget guidelines
• Oversite of building maintenance
• Contract administration management
• Regulatory compliance management
• Sales and marketing management
• Lease administration management
• Resident relations
• Procedural oversight
• Comply with established management policies and procedures for maximum operational efficiency
• Report all violations of company policy through the proper chain of command
