Job Description
We are seeking a committed individual to join our AVS Wokingham branch in a dual Telesales and Counter Sales position, to engage professionally with customers via telephone and at the trade counter, and promote additional products and up-sell where appropriate.
Requirements
- Experienced in sales within a builders merchants or similar environment (essential)
- Excellent communicator
- Proficient IT user, able to quickly master CRM and phone systems
- Target-driven, highly motivated, and enthusiastic
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Skilled at building lasting customer relationships and collaborating in a supportive team environment
