Job Description
LayerZero is a Web3 infrastructure provider with a vision to create a decentralized developer community. This Business Development - Japan Lead role will focus on expanding LayerZero's presence in Japan, managing the client pipeline, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and acting as the company's face in the market. The role requires entrepreneurial drive and strong operational execution skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of Japan’s business and regulatory environment
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end business development
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand-building activities
- Strong strategic thinking, sales acumen, and operational execution skills
