Senior Account Manager (Manufacturing)

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Layup Parts. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining long-term customer relationships, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a fast-paced client-facing role (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success)
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
• Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace or defense industries
• Comfortable managing and balancing multiple priorities
