We are seeking a professional, organised and friendly Office Administrator to join our busy and welcoming school office. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors and the wider community, you will play a key role in ensuring our school office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Significant office administration experience, ideally in a school setting
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, MIS systems and other digital tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking, ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize workload
• Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection responsibilities
