Hanover Next Steps Director

The Hanover Next Steps Director will facilitate lives being changed by Christ by helping people identify and take the next step in their journey with Jesus. The primary responsibilities include having a visible presence in the atrium, achieving 60% group engagement, overseeing groups, identifying and developing leaders, and managing care ministries systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a professional, multi-task, and multi-staff environment with track record of successfully accomplishing goals.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities.
• Ability to build teams.
• Ability to vision-cast the purpose and mission.
• High level of professional approach to details with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in handling office matters of a sensitive nature.
