Customer Service Representative (Fixed Term)

The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. The role involves delivering an engaging customer experience, learning about store operations and product knowledge, and inspiring others to share their knowledge with customers.

Requirements

• Serve customers using our cash register system
• Ask for donations for partner charities
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive product and replenish it on shelves
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights repeatedly
