Job Description
The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an engaging customer experience, learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge, and participate in customer surveys.
Requirements
- Serve customers using our cash register system
- Ask for donations for our partner charities
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive product and replenish it on the shelves
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights repeatedly while standing for long periods
