Job Description
The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an engaging customer experience, learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge, and have the opportunity to inspire others and share your knowledge with customers.
Requirements
- Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience
- Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles)
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
