Job Description
The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging customer experience, learning about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge, and inspiring others to do the same.
Requirements
- Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience
- Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles)
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
