Customer Service Representative (Fixed Term)

The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives available to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a positive and memorable customer experience, answer product questions, and help customers find products. You will also participate in customer experience and postal code surveys, and receive product, replenish it on the shelves, and face-up products. This is a fixed-term position.

Requirements

• Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience
• Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
• Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles)
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
