Job Description
The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026, providing an engaging customer experience and learning about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly
- Ask for donations for our partner charities
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
