The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. As part of your paid training, you will learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge. You will serve customers, receive products, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Requirements
- Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly
- Ask for donations for our partner charities
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
