Team Manager | Fixed Term, Full Time | Adult Disability Services | Fylde

The Team Manager will be responsible for managing two or three teams of staff who support adults with learning disabilities. The role involves working directly alongside staff teams to ensure effective support to individuals and includes weekend and evening work, as well as some on-call and sleep-in duties. The successful applicant will have strong positive values and principles, passion, and enthusiasm for making a difference.

Requirements

• Strong positive values and principles in working with people with a learning disability
• Passion and enthusiasm for making a difference
• Ability to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
• Ability to work directly alongside staff teams
• Ability to work with a team to ensure effective support to individuals
• Must have a car for use in connection with the duties of this post
• Must be insured for business use
