Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and LD practice.
- Advance Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager or experienced Team Manager.
- Ability to refine practice models, incorporate innovations in LD support, and lead a team.
