Supported Living Manager (Clinical)| Complex Needs | West Sussex

This is a clinical role, supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities in their own homes in Lancing, and at a new service opening soon. The role involves creating a structured, safe, and engaging environment where individuals can thrive, and using clinical expertise to support wider services.

Requirements

• Experienced manager in autism and learning disability services
• Nursing qualification with active PIN
• Confident, inspiring leader who can motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
