Establish a safe, positive, and empowering home environment, lead the team, and ensure person-centred care of the highest standard.

Requirements

• Significant experience supporting or managing individuals with complex autism and dysregulated behaviours
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of Mental Capacity Act principles
• Experience in environments where physical intervention may be required
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
