Job Description
Join SDR Care as a Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a young individual with autism, a learning disability, ADD, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a genuine difference every day.
Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with complex autism, learning disabilities, or dysregulated behaviour
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and emotional resilience
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and patient
- Previous experience as a Support Worker in high-need or intensive settings is desirable
- Positive, flexible approach with a sense of humour
