Senior Support Worker (complex needs) | Eastbourne | New Service!

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our brand-new service in Eastbourne, providing skilled, hands-on support to a young individual with autism, a learning disability, ADD, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour.

Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals with complex autism, learning disabilities, or dysregulated behaviour
• Strong safeguarding knowledge, emotional resilience, and leadership skills
• Calm, adaptable, and able to think on your feet in challenging situations
• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a leadership role within high-need settings
