Plant & Shop Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician (PM Tech) to perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs at various plants throughout Southeast Louisiana. The PM Tech will service plant equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure minimal downtime. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the concrete or construction industry
• Strong mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of ready mix plant operations and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
• Fundamental knowledge or welding (preferred)
