Job Description
This is a full-time, 40+ hour-per-week Preventative Maintenance Technician (PM Tech) position. The PM Tech will perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs at plants throughout Southeast Louisiana, including concrete and precast plant equipment. They will troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime and maintain plant operations.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the concrete or construction industry
- Strong mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of ready mix plant operations and equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexibly and independently, with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills
