Requirements

• Pharm.D. Degree with >4 to 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
• Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with a PGY-2 Residency preferred in a specialty area
• Currently licensed or registered to practice pharmacy in Louisiana
• Board Certification in applicable specialty area strongly preferred
