Job Description
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for working with physicians and other clinical staff to improve patient outcomes while maintaining cost. The clinical pharmacist provides therapeutic assessments and disease management for assigned practices.
Requirements
- Pharm.D. Degree
- 2 years of experience in inpatient pharmacy hospital/clinical capacity or completion of Pharmacy Residency
