Job Description
The Clinical Pharmacist is a generalist position responsible for working with physicians, care managers, and other clinical staff to improve patient outcomes while maintaining cost.
Requirements
- Pharm.D. Degree with 2 years of experience in inpatient pharmacy hospital/clinical capacity or completion of Pharmacy Residency
- Currently licensed or registered to practice pharmacy in Louisiana
- Board Certification in applicable specialty area preferred
