Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is seeking a hospitality-focused Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the DON with supervising nursing care and overseeing staff in the Health Center and Assisted Living departments.

Requirements

• RN currently licensed by State of Georgia is required.
• Infection Prevention certification preferred or willingness to become certified upon hire.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• MDS experience
• At least two years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Long term care/memory care experience preferred.
• Ability to take call and work some nights/weekends, and holidays.
