Requirements

• Perform routine and detailed construction inspections.
• Maintain accurate daily inspection reports.
• Interpret specifications drawings and report deficiencies.
• Serve as a liaison between contractors, clients, and project teams.
• Prepare sketches of field modifications.
• Safely navigate and inspect construction sites.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working conditions.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
