Job Description
WSP is seeking a Full-time Construction Inspector for projects in Sanford/Aberdeen, NC. This role involves examining construction plans, supervising inspectors, verifying work adherence to plans and specifications, and testing materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, ethical judgment, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of experience in road and bridge construction inspection and testing (or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain NCDOT certification (Concrete Field Technician, Conventional Density, Erosion & Sediment Control, etc.) within 90 days
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
