Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a competent HR Manager to oversee all HR responsibilities, providing full support to CEO, Directors, and staff on all HR matters.
Requirements
- Resourcing: filter speculative and other applications, assist managers with advertising/interview/selection arrangements, interview potential staff and trainees, manage new appointments, and maintain staff records.
- HR Process: ensure centrally established HR processes are adopted, participate in design and update of HR processes, ensure benefits are appropriate and within policy guidelines.
- Training and Development: collaborate with management to identify training needs, participate in Training Needs Analyses, recognize and work with management to encourage talent development.
