Job Description
Leadership Connect is seeking an Associate Account Director, SMB to manage seamless renewals on SMB accounts, track and update account notes in Salesforce, and partner with Sales Operations for scale renewal projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume account management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Marketing, or any related discipline
- Highly organized account planning experience and driven by a strategic plan to address the needs of a larger (100+) SMB client base
- Detail-oriented documentation practices and strong Salesforce account hygiene
- Client-focused communication skills with experience handling client cancel conversations, value positioning experience, and a track record of winning back business
