Engineering Manager, Infrastructure/SRE

Leadfeeder is a remote-first, international team building the next generation of lead generation technology for B2B marketers. We're looking for a talented Infrastructure/SRE Engineering Manager to join us and improve and scale the infrastructure powering Leadfeeder.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and related services
• Strong technical background in AWS, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, and monitoring/observability tooling
• Proven leadership or management experience with strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Experience setting strategic vision and owning complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business units
• Detail-oriented and self-organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities of varying complexity
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
