Job Description
Leadtech Group builds and scales digital products used by millions of people worldwide. The company is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to build a multiplatform AI-powered document system serving hundreds of thousands of users every month. The ideal candidate will have experience in building end-to-end features, designing and orchestrating agentic AI workflows, and integrating LLMs into product features. The role requires deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, as well as proficiency in AI-native tooling and MCP protocols.
Requirements
- Python fluency
- 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team
- Deep TypeScript & React proficiency on the frontend and backend
- Ability to distinguish between good and bad UX
- AI-native proficiency
- Self-driven and business-aware
- Experience with LLMs, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic frameworks (optional)
