Leadtech Group is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to build a multiplatform AI-powered document system serving hundreds of thousands of users every month. The role requires strong experience in full-stack development, AI-native tooling, and collaboration with engineers, designers, and leadership.
Requirements
- Python fluency
- 2-5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team
- Deep TypeScript & React proficiency on the frontend and backend
- Ability to distinguish between good and bad UX
- AI-native tooling knowledge and experience
- Self-driven and business-aware
- Ability to work with LLMs, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic frameworks
