The Product Owner will own the customer-facing tools and systems that enable LeadVenture to provide scalable marketing solutions for dealer customers. They will be responsible for translating customer needs and business goals into a clear, prioritized backlog that drives measurable outcomes for dealers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management or a product ownership/Agile delivery role
- Demonstrated ability to decompose complex features into structured, development-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Strong experience in a Scrum-based environment with knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with digital marketing services, including lifecycle marketing, email marketing, SEO, Reputation Management, and SEM
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and to work effectively with customer success, stakeholders, development, and sales groups
- Proven ability to summarize and present complex findings and technical information clearly and concisely to various technical and management audiences
- Analytical mind with a passion for digging into complex questions with an evidence-based approach
- Strong attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to adapt to ongoing change
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
