Technical Support Specialist Tier I position providing first-level technical support to external customers for LeadVenture software applications.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years computer and software service experience in a fast-paced business environment
- Minimum 1 year supporting software applications for external customers via phone chat and email in technical help desk environment
