Job Description
League is seeking a Director of Platform Sales to lead the growth of their platform, powered by AI, serving high-paying clients in the healthcare industry. This is a pivotal moment as they scale their business across key segments, including providers, payers, and digital health innovators. The role involves managing complex sales initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving significant business transformation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales
- Experience in ‘Platform as a service’, ‘digital transformation’ and/or consumer & patient engagement sales
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry (Providers, Pharmacy Retailers) and/or health benefits industry (Payers, HCM, Brokers)
- A history of successful quota attainment in a complex sales environment
- Ability to win the support of key C-Suite stakeholders
- Proficiency with SalesForce and sales acceleration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
