Established in 2018, JW PEI is a Los Angeles-based fashion label dedicated to creating a cutting-edge vegan designer brand, made for every modern woman. The company is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor for its JW PEI boutique in SoHo, NY.

Requirements

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environments
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and build authentic customer relationships
• Strong selling skills with the ability to anticipate client needs, overcome objections, and consistently achieve personal and team sales goals
• Collaborative team player who communicates clearly, provides constructive feedback, and builds strong cross-functional relationships
