Sales Supervisor: JW PEI

JW PEI is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our SoHo boutique. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key leader, you will manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and cultivate relationships with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Foundational experience in retail or customer-focused roles.
• Flexibility to accommodate dynamic business needs.
• Active and engaged presence on the sales floor, with the physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Hourly Pay Range: 24/hr to 27/hr.
• College education is not required, but experience in related categories is highly desirable.
