Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role (ideally B2B SaaS) or a client-facing position such as consulting
- Fluent in German and English; additional Central European languages are a plus
- Ability to ask insightful questions, listen actively, and quickly understand what customers need
- Structured and detail-oriented, with a passion for optimizing processes and making data-informed decisions
