Assistant Controller

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Plant Controller in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with operations to drive financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• English: Conversational
• At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting or controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
